Preliminary Proposal
Embarking on your project journey, we will come and meet with you on site and conduct a preliminary assessment of your project requirements. Following this, we will present you with a detailed preliminary proposal, outlining our commitment to ensuring the success of your venture.
Project Design & Assessment
Collaborating closely with you and our trusted architect, or an architect of your choosing, we refine a comprehensive design brief for your project. Exploring a multitude of options, we conduct a thorough review of your site and project requirements, covering structural checks, site assessments, and adherence to council and development regulations. The outcome is a detailed house plan, tailored to your individual needs.
Approval of Design and Proposal
Upon your acceptance of your proposal and design we celebrate! We then initiate the process of obtaining all necessary approvals for your project. This includes preparing documentation essential for building permits or construction certificates. We take charge of managing the completion of project documentation, overseeing the collaborative efforts of the broader project team, including structural engineers, energy assessors, building surveyors, and other professional consultants, as required. As the groundwork unfolds, we start the exciting journey of building your dream home.
